    My shiney doubler is not working. Checked the booster tab and it's gone. Yet my subscriptions page says I should have it until 11-29. Please help.

    We were informed this matter was resolved, however we are now aware that it has returned. I apologize for any inconvenience and frustration this may have caused you. This has again been forwarded to the appropriate people, however, unfortunately it will be Monday before this is likely to be resolved.
