    Ahoy mate,

    As the event has not officially started yet, it has not been registered.

    As you can see on your time stamp, the server time was still 5 hours before the official event started. You will have to wait until the event starts to see if it will register.

    If you are unsure as to where to look. Go to the Tavern, click on the tab Winterfest. It will show the puzzle there and the pieces you have.
