Do you mean you want to know if the new npcs give new rewards, and you want details on all the npcs?

If you read the FAQ, it should answer your question TeYYaRe.

 

the FAQ's only tell you what type of reward each npc gives.
basic outline is here:
1) new NPC's: Shambling marcelle, putrid Odette, rotting alphonse and soulless admiral and bloated jaques
2) system is the same, kill the marcelles odettes and alphonse's to spawn the admirals
3) hp's as follows: Marcelle: 30 mil vp 120 mil hp, Odette: 20 mil vp 50 mil hp, alphonse: 2 mil vp 15 mil hp, admirals: 375 mil vp 250 mil hp, jaques: 500k vp 1.5 mil hp.
4) reward's are increased but overall profit frome ach ship is the same.
