    Is there any idea on when 60's or Voodoo's will be up-gradable again?

    Ahoy

    At current times, voodoo cannons cannot be upgraded. Days of which you can upgrade the 60 pounders are rare, but as a moderator I do not get prior notice to this, so your guess is as good as mine.
