    We would require more information, as to why you feel yours is not working. What is your user id, and server. Do you have any screen shots that would show this.

    I have looked at your account and your Level 2 Lookout appears to be working as intended. Is this issue still persisting on your side? If so, please post a screenshot. This would help us a lot. Thank you.
