Just want to congratulate everyone at DSO for that award. And for trying to make the game better everyday.

    Happy Holidays-

DSO is not a browser game. It was never a browser game. That 'award' is nonsense.

And the "Best" part is nonsense at the moment too. Best graphics in a "browser" game might be arguable (their art department is seriously talented), but this game needs so much work that calling it the Best in Class of just about anything.

Ever been to a contest, where everyone gets a prize? Very popular at children's parties.

I will say this is the best browser game. If there was another game I thought was better maybe I should play that game over this one. Why waste your time on 2nd best when you can have the best...

DSO is fun and I enjoy helping people.

Because your best is not every ones best. You think it's the best because you are not hooked with EDIT. Plus, there are none good browser mmo's except EDIT and Drakensang. The former is decade+ old and DSO will never even achieve 1/5 of this game playerbase.
So in short, DSO won a race without competitors. It's like going to a race alone and and then showing off that you won, like a child in a sand.

    Cracked me up :D
Your comments always make me think.

That depends on your point of view.
I would say yes it is ... because even the DSO Client is a browser :D

Yes you are right, viewpoint always make it different)
    Here is mine.

It is truly a browser game as it is written on pure canvas only using html5, js and css measures, using widely supported and accepted by all browsers on all platforms plugins only. It doesnt require any applet/ActiveX measures to embed the native win32api application into a browser viewport/container. It doesnt use tons of dlls designed for Windows platform. It doesnt download 1Gb of data and you are able to run it instantly at anytime, anywhere :)

Those cheaters will call it a browser game forever, until there is at least 1 browser on 1 platform in the world that would allow embedding the app into it, even if some hack is required. Instead of switching to, let's say, java Webstart, they will stick with that to be able to cheat-win the junk awards satisfying their junk marketing objectives). Truly a user oriented approach.

Okay, I will go play my 'browser' quake.
