Level 40 Fame Talents in PVE

    SO I have noticed, and have talked to a few others with different character classes, but it appears the LVL 40 fame talents (Supernova for mages) no longer works in PVE? Is this by design or is it a bug? I have looked through the forum and see nothing about it.

    Also the recovering PV after a kill in PVP works WHEREVER it wants. Works once per 10 kills.

    Over 200 human languages on the planet, EDIT You means the same thing in almost all of them.

    Correction over 2k languages on the planet and PVP is 100% the only place for the nova moves...
