Kinda upset here

    I know from previous threads and discussions that I shouldn't do this, but I have to get opions about this......

    I started the game a week-10 days ago...give or take.

    I was looking forward to that 5% gem and extraordinary weapon in daily bonus. I didn't recieve it cause of some noob bug or glitch. Now I'm told I won't get that gem. That's a permanent thing and for BP to tell me they won't replace it....for there incompetence?

    Sure, it's been suggested that I can BUY the different exp boosters. But that's not what I was promised when I started playing this game.

    Is this the way the company conducts business?

    I'm curious if there is more to the story. Did you delete it on accident, or was it missed from the bug they already know about that effects the flow of daily bonuses? Can you explain more about what happened?

    Sure....

    I started an account I found online from some mmorpg search. Created it and started playing. I logged in everyday to get the gem and extra weapon. When that day came it skipped me straight to the next day which was the gem bag. Thinking maybe the 5% gem was in the gem bag I opened it and it was a different gem. So I sent in a ticket and they told me to search the forums. After an exhausting search and constant reading of threads and posts I found there was some bug to new players regarding this same matter. I waited a good while and seen no resolve in the forums. So I sent another ticket explaining I might've just missed an announcement of something. They sent a response explaing something to the extent that the "ByeApril code is compensation". From what I've researched, 3 days of premium, consumable emotes, and some health pots will not last for the duration of the game as a 5% gem would.

    Also, from what I've gathered there's getting ready to be a lvl increase? Yes isr, 5% gem would be helpful in my journey.

    Hey Ferretman I think the confusion comes from the automatic email sent (vacation reply for the old school) that tells you to look to the forums for many of the more common questions. Please note that customer support is there to help you and the conversation between you and them is strictly confidential. This problem is part of their duties and they will be extremely happy to help you.

  5. @ ferretman22 MegaNuka is correct. The initial reply is an automated response whose primary purpose is to let you know that your ticket has been received, and also to inform you that many of the common issues have solutions (or at least discussions) posted in the forum.

    Communications between Support and customers is confidential. Do not discuss the details here in the forum. The missing 5% XP gem as a reward for the first 5th-day consecutive login is a known issue. There is an existing bug report filed for it and the cause of the issue is under investigation. When it is resolved, it will be announced here in the forum. The replies given to you in the ticket were correct... except for the last reply which was a bit... "confused". If you wish to discuss the matter further, please reply to your existing support ticket.
