Problem: Quests available in areas such as Resistance Command Center(and others) far exceeds the limit of 10 quests that can be taken at one time. The current quest view when talking to the quest giver does not list the map for the quest or its intended level. This makes people have to repeatedly take and then drop quests that do not correspond to the map they are trying to complete quests on. RCC for example has quests that link to 5 different maps and cover 4 levels. In short; you don't know until you accept a quest that it is above your level or in the wrong place. The Wiki has a complete list that is useful to alleviate this, but the game and players should not have to tab out of the game and rely on other sites to complete a simple function.

Solution: This will take some work on the dev teams part but is simple as it just needs to adjust text. The quest description box should contain the intended location and target level. This will allow players to accept the quests they need/want without having to go through the dance of take and delete that breaks up the game flow.

Where can we find a list of all the quests for each town we go to as we level up?
I saw it some where and now cannot find it.

The wiki has a comprehensive list HERE, although I haven't had to peek at for quite a while to see if it has all the changes. The guys on the Wiki do a phenomenal job so I would suspect it is very accurate.

Sorry Al, not sure what is done is. If you mean can you close the thread, sure its hasn't been productive. If you mean the problem is done then no. The location of the quest is often not clear from the quest dialog box and you have to accept it to figure that out. Take and drop is still the routine. Here's an example:
Then you accept the quest and get this kind of stuff
    [IMG]
[self talk] Ahh crud there's stuff everywhere:( Man I want to get all the ones done in ship graveyard. Guess I have to drop a few of those other ones and accept some different ones to see if there is more in ship graveyard. Good grief there are 7 quest givers, it'll take me 30 minutes to get this straightened out.

So I'm not sure what "done" means although I like the "next." I usually answer fix the mouse pointer to that question:D

+1 to this. It would be really helpful if the quest giver actually gave us the location that there quest takes place in without us needing to accept the quest. There are also some confusing quests which actually have prerequisite items you need to get from monsters in maps other than the location given in the quest log e.g. that one quest from RCC where you have to kill the summoner things in tegan's sanct to collect cloth and then drape the cloth in dragon caverns (at least i think it was dragon caverns, my memory of doing that quest is a bit hazy)

  7. Sorry. Done as in "Excellent suggestion. I have added this to the 'Player Wishlist' section of the Weekly Report." At least I knew what I meant. .... Sort of...

I didn't read the suggetion completely.

But the problem happened to me, too. When you're not completing every quest on your journey the city gets flooded with exclamation marksand you do not know if a quest was canceled, too low (so you canceled it for the time), or just not viewed yet because you can't take more than 10 quests - viewed as in: checked the place to go which you can more often than not only see if the quest was accepted.

So it became overwhelming, although only in a few towns/quest hubs.

I know that this isn't the answer everyone wants...but in the meantime...the wiki really helps (drakensangonline.wikia.com/wiki) to help figure out which ones to take without having to click on every one and drop the ones you don't want (yet).
