crash when entering hailstone

i keep crashing when trying to enter hail stone mountians? was fine yesterday

thing is all my quests are there and cant do anything :/

It happens on a lot of maps

 

its been 20mins or so, so is this it? just gotta wait for fix or keep trying for hrs till it works lol?, first time I have had it

 

Not sure if you are still having the problem, but some things that have worked for me in the past: travel to a different city, then try to Travel stone in. Go to the actual entrance instead of using a travel stone. I also use the universal map which can sometimes overcome server hitches. If none of those are working, ask in the city if others are having the problem so you can isolate wether it is an account issue or the map itself is down. If none of that works, hit the support button.

I spent all day ..on the 2nd getting that error message..i had entered blogs to game and the support.it happens every other day..i tried every way possible to get into the Hgailstone map..it happened trying to enter burning coast and as well tortstrond..I had to ,log back on every 15 mins for a while..by 8 pm that night my char was stuck in hognis mines..i logged back into game ..tried to enter hailstone..same issue,,,kicked right out to desk top...logged back in again tried the trav stone.went to ashraya..was ok..not so nervous to simply click..then went to kingshill..was getting more calmed ..ran to slifmoor..as the door way clicking sparks that error code...was getting more happier with that...thought I would click hognis..on the next trav stone I saw....got into hognis..from slifmoor.....tried that door again...after I had used trav stone ..walked and all of your ways too..clicked on hailstone..again like many times in a row..was also from ashraya..was helping guild member in group..well were team farming and team questing..it happened again trying to enter..right out side of ashraya..was kicked right out again..the group later found me..i had to do all the log in thing again..by this time .after all day and mant crashing..i was pi ssed.....it annoyed others in group..but after explaining they had understood..trhen one player told me about this forum..that is happeneing a lot....I am in Tegan server and now feel kinda leary about clicking any door ....that time given to me formpremium use ....was half harboured by the game crashing issues....virus attacks and hardrive cleaning..if I was premium..i may not say so much..but when DSO gioves players bonuses ..yes we are appreciative...but at same time I was trying to make the most of that..yet spent more time with issues than real gains..you see having premium the whole time is better..as that bonus time is now over...and I did not get full use of it..the Universal Map I still don't have...will be keeping my eye out for it..how do ya get it.?
I really hope the dev team can fix this one harsh issue...

 

Ander purchased item. I think it was around 5k. Has been well worth it though, especially when farming.
