Game not working ince again...

Same here. Confirmed all other servers work except for Heredur. Shame since my main character is in the affected server, but at least I don't feel bad that I cannot get in if others are having the same. I made a promise to help a guildmate with grinding Herald for uniques and was concerned that my screen won't load.

I have the exact character name/class in Tegan as Heredur. You start from scratch. My SW in Heredur is lv 42, Tegan is lv 41 (created later and play a little less frequent in that server than my main)

 

So why are servers down this time and how long after they are back up will the reason be posted?
Missed daily yesterday and probably gonna miss it again today if servers don't come up soon. Daily reward is pretty much useless but the 5.th day jewel and that keeps getting reset because of servers being taken down. Isn't even the first time its happened, not even close to being the first time.

Pretty much. But it never hurts playing again on a different server (in my case, I'm going back to bed, it's about 2am where I live and was only up because kids didn't shut my computer off properly!) because you meet a different player base. If it's still down by the time I wake up, I might make new ones in the other servers for kicks.

 

I would call this waste of money. Already 2 days of wasted premium. Good job.

 

After sever hours now i am able to log in to heredur. You guys check it too.

At long last, it was supposed to work... Well, ealier problem solved, now i just can´t play thanks to CONSTANT ERROR CODE 21!

I´m beginning to think this is a conspiracy, BP don´t wan´t us to play before R139 goes live, and prepare with legen and CoTs!

It wouldn´t surprise me...



BTW, all but one in my guild gets code 21!

 

I get error 21 too. i was able to play 6v6 with one of my toons but cannot get out of urban areas i get e21. help?

That's a possibility. But I really hope this isn't the case, that would be really childish of BP. If this is the case, I'm probably out of the game, then dev's level intelligence has dropped too far for my standards. But it just could be a coincidence. If they give us time enough to fil our locker with legendary gear, I can live with the downtime. Shit just happens

i get error 21 on all 4 characters on heredur. i can play 6v6 np and its ok on grimmac.
any news on the problem?

 

haha. Heredur has always been the trouble child. Time for the devs to bring out the spiked belt buckle to whip it/him into shape.

Regarding the error 21 issues on Heredur:
This issue is known and the team is working on it.

 

Well im not sure but this may be the problem:
Maybe the game selects the already taken room for the specific map and so the error code 21 pops up... (maybe the game cannot 'create' a new room for the selected map and each time selects the taken one)...

Remember the 'Defeat the Undefeatable' event when many players couldn't enter stalgard because of an error:
LF:error:ids_ForkResultForkDenied
and
same error: No Server Available (Error code: 21), which i encountered few times on that event

Inform the team if they could make a quick overview.
