I do not think they will offer that again. Best to buy gems at 25% off.

  6. The special gem sales that have the packs of gems are the most rare of any sale. To my knowledge, it has only happened three times (maybe four).

Furthermore, no one except BigPoint employees have any knowledge about what sales will be offered when. Anyone who has played long enough can spot patterns. For example, it is very common that when they offer a regular gem sale that some time during the 24 hour time frame they will have an andermant sale. Other common patterns are that they often go through all the possible sales in a random order (with the exception of the special gem sale) before starting over so if it seems like it has been a while since you've seen a particular sale, then it is probably coming soon.

So sparkling offer for gem sets is probably removed from the game at all - or - it is very rare and no one can predict this offer. Is it correct ?

The special gem sets are just packaging, to make sales easier. If the pieces are 25% off, and the package is 25% off, the final costs add up to about the same. You can get the same deal by buying the set pieces individually.
    Enjoy!

Can anyone explain what is this sparkling sale about?
Haven't seen it before (Started playing 8 months ago).
Is it better than normal gem price discounts or is it same as the usual sale that is advertised to be a better one? ;)

It can be better if you are buying the big sets. Check the wiki for event page under "Gem Sale" (not Gem), it will have information as to prices of 3 gem packs. Popular options include 3 polished sapphires or rubies for 12,990; during the typical 25% off sale 3 polished sapphires are 14400 and the regular price is 19200. So if you have saved (or bought) a lot of anders this is the cheapest way to get 3 polished attack gems.
