Hi,why tegan is still down? Some people need to play event,if not let go,just say why and when it will be on?

Yr client is messed up , yr site is messed up.... cant login... i have paid for my premium time so i need that time utilized well. its at yr end i cant use the time i paid for.... i dont care if yr ppl cant do job properly i want my time or money back...

 

prices are high enough events are not even that worthy to be honest...

 

Agathon has been the same way for many, many hours. This is unacceptable.

 

Event was moved 3 times...we need to play,not to wait for the server to be on -.-

 

they say they r sorry for all our troubles ... how shallow it sound when u use the word "sorry" way too much and too many time.... yr apologies not acceptable ... give me more time on premium or money..

 

I don't care about apologies or compensations. I just want a game that's playable and not riddled with awful bugs. Apparently, the team isn't competent enough to do that. This game is on its way to retirement unless something changes drastically in the next three or four months. They need new blood, or different ways of thinking, in the planning and programming areas.

well said, i dont really want compensations as per say but the way these ppl get off easily with shallow "sorry" ... i want them to pay for their repetitive failure and incompetence

Yeah, I'm sure you're thinking the same way. If they can't provide a decent game to play, then they can at least give us something to make us feel better (CoTs, essences or something). But in the long term, if they don't fix this stuff, we're going to be playing something else.

They probably broke it so badly they don't even know when... Brokensang.

 

why i have this feeling that they r using school kids as "devs" ...

Yep, all of us on Agathon and Tegan feel that way. Two servers down for half a day! At least you're not suffering alone. "Misery loves company", the saying goes...

 

There are some technical difficulty's wit Tegan and Agathon server.
The team is still on it.
We hope the problems are solved very quickly.

we need to get compensated or something , i pay for premium aswell and this not knowing when the server is back up? And what about the cape and mount for this event that i read hmmmm
